physical day again.
9am start training, run for 20mins?! wth..
keep running lors.
after that rest rest, go econ buy drink.
glucose drink = (Y) shiok.
after that do launches, 10 rounds :o
then go physical, halfway coach come talk to us. LOL.
then slack lors,
went out eat. macs, after that homed. with yw and marcus lim.
fucking pissed, see comp, lag daos, fuck larh.
go system recovery, comp feeling better. lol.
made my own tea time snack, pizza + pepsi, LOL.
siao siah, eat le dun grow one lump i laugh. Zz.
my pizza one end chaotar T^T. wth luh, i also nvr torture the pizza.
